Change in Job Description/Hours. The duties and position responsibilities of a member shall not be substantially altered or increased without consultation between the member and the member's supervisor prior to such changes being implemented. Any change in a member's number of hours of employment or written job description shall be discussed with the member prior to implementation of such change.
