Change of Address and Telephone Number. You agree that we are entitled to rely upon the mailing address, e-mail address and telephone number you provide to us. You must promptly notify us of any change in your mailing address, your email address and/or your telephone number. We have no liability to you if you fail to notify us of a change in your mailing address, email address or telephone number. Notice of availability of Account statements and other important Account documents are sent to the last email address you have provided to us. Account statements and other important Account documents will be deemed to be provided to you when an email is issued alerting you that such materials are available online or are otherwise made available to you.
