  • Change of Carriers The Employer shall provide to the Union and to each person a copy of the current information booklets for those benefits provided under this Article. The Union shall be provided with a current copy of the Master Policy. It is clearly understood that the Employer's obligation pursuant to this Collective Agreement is to provide the insurance coverage bargained for. The Employer will provide a minimum of thirty (30) days’ notice to the Union prior to substituting carriers.

  • Change of Carrier It is understood that the Employer may at any time substitute another carrier for any Plan (other than OHIP) provided the benefits are equivalent and are neither reduced or increased. The Employer shall provide to the Union full specifications of the benefit programs contracted for before implementation of any change.

  • CHANGE OF T-PIN The Account Holder may change his T-PIN from time to time in accordance with the Bank’s prescribed procedure then prevailing. The Bank shall be entitled, in its reasonable discretion but without liability and without giving any reason, to reject any selection made by the Account Holder as his substituted T-PIN; if the Bank so approves, such substituted T-PIN, shall take effect from the time of receipt by the Bank of such instructions from the Account Holder. The Account Holder shall take all steps not to select such numbers as a substitute T-PIN which may easily be ascertained or otherwise facilitate fraud or forgery.

  • Change of Classification When the classification of a position is changed, the incumbent who occupies the position whose classification has been changed shall be assigned to that position unless some other employee has vested rights to such position by reason of layoff. The changing of classification of a position remains as an exclusive management prerogative and all classification changes shall be initiated solely by management.

  • Change of Use Alter or change the use of the Facility or enter into any management agreement for the Facility other than the Management Agreement or enter into any operating lease for the Facility, unless Borrower first notifies Lender and provides Lender a copy of the proposed lease agreement or management agreement, obtains Lender’s written consent thereto, which consent may be withheld in Lender’s sole discretion, and obtains and provides Lender with a subordination agreement in form satisfactory to Lender, as determined by Lender in its sole discretion, from such manager or lessee subordinating to all rights of Lender.

  • Change of card account number (a) We may at your request or at any time without incurring any liability or giving any reason, and upon giving you notice, change your card account number; and issue a replacement card; and transfer the total outstanding balance and all credits (if any) from your original card account to the new card account.   • Classification Changes When the University determines that a revision of a class specification for positions covered by this agreement is needed, and such revision affects the collective bargaining unit designation, the University shall notify AFSCME in writing of the proposed change. AFSCME shall notify the University, in writing, within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the proposed changes, of any comments it has concerning the proposed changes or of its desire to discuss the proposed changes.

  • Selection of Carriers The Employer shall have the sole and exclusive right at any time to procure benefits referred to in Section A, C, and E above from any other reputable health service provider.

  • Change of Schedule (a) (applicable to full-time employees only) Where an employee's schedule is changed by the Hospital with less than twenty-four (24) hours notice, she shall receive time and one-half (1½) of her regular straight time hourly rate for all hours worked on her next shift.
