Change of Schedules and Routing. Routing and Collection day changes are subject to approval of City. If requesting a change, Hauler shall submit a copy of its Collection schedule and route map to City. City may require Hauler to revise request, incorporating any changes necessary to make it satisfactory to City, or may reject it. No change in schedules and routing shall be implemented for fifteen (15) calendar days after Hauler receives written approval from City and notifies Customers.

  • Change of Schedule (a) (applicable to full-time employees only) Where an employee's schedule is changed by the Hospital with less than twenty-four (24) hours notice, she shall receive time and one-half (1½) of her regular straight time hourly rate for all hours worked on her next shift.

  • Change of Scope 16.1.1 The Authority may, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, require the provision of additional works and services which are not included in the Scope of the Project as contemplated by this Agreement (the “Change of Scope”). Any such Change of Scope shall be made in accordance with the provisions of this Article 16 and the costs thereof shall be expended by the Concessionaire and reimbursed to it by the Authority in accordance with Clause 16.3.

  • Implementation Schedule TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE with regard to all dates and time periods set forth and/or incorporated herein. Any material modification or deviation from an approved schedule described in this Agreement shall occur only upon approval of the City and RDA, with any such approvals required to be in writing as an amendment to this Agreement, and which approvals shall not be unreasonably withheld. City shall cooperate and act promptly with respect to any and all permits or approvals necessary for completion of the Project. Notwithstanding the above, this Agreement shall not limit the discretion of the City, or any of its duly appointed and authorized governing bodies, boards or entities, in approving or rejecting any aspect of the Project or improvements contemplated on or about the Property.

  • Modification of Schedules The Parties shall, upon written request by a Party, hold consultations to consider any modification or withdrawal of a specific commitment in the requesting Party’s Schedule of specific commitments. The consultations shall be held within three months after the requesting Party made its request. In the consultations, the Parties shall aim to ensure that a general level of mutually advantageous commitments no less favourable to trade than that provided for in the Schedule of specific commitments prior to such consultations is maintained. Modifications of Schedules are subject to the procedures set out in Articles 7.1 and 9.6

  • NETWORK CHANGES 3.1. Sprint shall provide notice of network changes and upgrades in accordance with §§ 51.325 through 51.335 of Title 47 of the Code of Federal Regulations. Sprint may discontinue any interconnection arrangement, Telecommunications Service, or Network Element provided or required hereunder due to network changes or upgrades after providing CLEC notice as required by this Section. Sprint agrees to cooperate with CLEC and/or the appropriate regulatory body in any transition resulting from such discontinuation of service and to minimize the impact to customers, which may result from such discontinuance of service.

  • INTEGRATIONS & MODIFICATIONS This Agreement constitutes the whole agreement between the parties. Except as identified in this Agreement, there are no other prior written agreements and no prior or contemporaneous oral agreements that are a part of this Agreement. No modification to this Agreement shall be valid, unless in writing and executed by both parties.

  • Voltage Schedules Once the Developer has synchronized the Large Generating Facility with the New York State Transmission System, NYISO shall require Developer to operate the Large Generating Facility to produce or absorb reactive power within the design capability of the Large Generating Facility set forth in Article 9.5.1 (Power Factor Design Criteria). NYISO’s voltage schedules shall treat all sources of reactive power in the New York Control Area in an equitable and not unduly discriminatory manner. NYISO shall exercise Reasonable Efforts to provide Developer with such schedules in accordance with NYISO procedures, and may make changes to such schedules as necessary to maintain the reliability of the New York State Transmission System. Developer shall operate the Large Generating Facility to maintain the specified output voltage or power factor at the Point of Interconnection within the design capability of the Large Generating Facility set forth in Article 9.5.1 (Power Factor Design Criteria) as directed by the Connecting Transmission Owner’s System Operator or the NYISO. If Developer is unable to maintain the specified voltage or power factor, it shall promptly notify NYISO.

  • Modification of Work Schedule When a change of work schedule is requested by an employee and approved by the Agency, all forms of penalty pay and daily overtime compensation shall be waived by the employee for the requested change in schedule, but not for work over forty (40) hours per week.

  • Outage Schedules The Connecting Transmission Owner shall post scheduled outages of its transmission facilities on the NYISO OASIS. Developer shall submit its planned maintenance schedules for the Large Generating Facility to Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO for a minimum of a rolling thirty-six month period. Developer shall update its planned maintenance schedules as necessary. NYISO may direct, or the Connecting Transmission Owner may request, Developer to reschedule its maintenance as necessary to maintain the reliability of the New York State Transmission System. Compensation to Developer for any additional direct costs that the Developer incurs as a result of rescheduling maintenance, including any additional overtime, breaking of maintenance contracts or other costs above and beyond the cost the Developer would have incurred absent the request to reschedule maintenance, shall be in accordance with the NYISO OATT. Developer will not be eligible to receive compensation, if during the twelve (12) months prior to the date of the scheduled maintenance, the Developer had modified its schedule of maintenance activities other than at the direction of the NYISO or request of the Connecting Transmission Owner.
