City Sponsored Events. (a) Subject to availability based on Tenant’s priority use of the Ballpark described in this Agreement City shall be entitled to use of the public areas of the Ballpark for up of up to five (5) City Sponsored Events per year during the Baseball Season and up to five (5) additional City Sponsored Events per year during the non-Baseball Season for (i) civic-oriented, community not-for-profit or educational events such as City ceremonies, conferences, conventions, meetings and training sessions, for the benefit of City and (ii) other events primarily sponsored or promoted by City which do not conflict or compete with Ballpark Events (the “City Sponsored Events”), which use may not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or denied. The City shall not attempt to schedule and shall not be authorized to use the Ballpark for any Ballpark Events, as described in Section 4.1, without the prior written consent of Tenant, which may be withheld in its sole discretion. The City shall observe and honor all product and service exclusivity and other sponsorship, advertising and naming rights arrangements entered into by Tenant with respect to the Ballpark and the Team to the extent that such arrangements would be applicable to City Sponsored Events.
City Sponsored Events. Sections 8.9.2(a) and 8.9.2(b) of the Agreement are hereby deleted from the Agreement together with all references in the Agreement thereto. In addition, Section 8.9.2 (c) is hereby deleted in its entirety and the following Section 8.9.1(c) is hereby substituted therefor:
City Sponsored Events. If the City of Xxxxxxx administrative employees or elected officers are sponsoring an event, no fees will be charged. For example, there will be no charge for MML meetings, water and wastewater meetings, and employee meetings. However, if an organization is charging a fee for the meeting or training session, the “State of Michigan or Federal Government” fees will apply. City Council Xxxxxxxx
City Sponsored Events. Assignement of personnel required for events above and beyond Daily Staffing. This category is to be used only for personnel working in their official capacity (e.g. Epiphany, City Festivals, City Sporting Events). This category will be filled on a first-come, first serve basis. In the event this category is unable to be filled voluntarily, it is subject to the provisions of Section 16.3.
City Sponsored Events. Contractor shall provide collections services at City-sponsored events as requested by City. Such services shall be provided in such a manner that all collection, processing and disposal needs for the event are adequately and properly provided for by Contractor. City Sponsored Events are set forth on Exhibit 4, attached to and included in this Agreement. Contractor agrees to establish a program under which it will donate free or reduced cost services as a gesture of corporate good will to charitable or other non-profit community groups for events sponsored by such groups within the City’s boundaries.
City Sponsored Events. Contractor will provide event boxes with lids featuring designated opening(s) for bottles and cans, wheeled carts, bins, and/or roll-off boxes to collect solid waste and recyclable materials at “no charge” for City-sponsored events that are open to the public and that do not require paid admission or the purchase of a ticket. Signage indicating “Recycling” will be clearly visible on the designated container. Contractor will assist the venue and event organizers with developing recycling plans and reporting data. When requested by event organizers, solid waste and recycling collection service will be provided for each venue or event. This may include providing numerous carts to distribute throughout the event for use by patrons. Carts to be made available include standard cardboard event boxes with lids (18x18x34 or comparable), 64 and 96-gallon carts. Bins will be made available in sizes including 2, 3, 4, and 6 cubic yards. Debris box service will be made available in container sizes including 10, 20, 30 and 40 cubic yards. Collection frequency will be provided as required by the event organizer.
City Sponsored Events. Franchisee shall provide Refuse, Recyclable Materials, and Organic Waste Containers in sufficient numbers to serve up to four (4) City- sponsored events each Rate Year, at no cost to the City. Franchisee may use either Bins or cardboard Containers for this service, as appropriate. Franchisee shall use commercially reasonable efforts to maximize diversion of materials collected at City-sponsored events. Franchisee shall provide Organic Waste Containers only for use by food vendors permitted by the City to participate in the City-sponsored events under this Section 5.8.2.
City Sponsored Events. Hauler shall provide and service Solid Waste containers (bins and/or roll-off boxes) at City events, processing, Recycling and Disposing of all Solid Waste Collected at the City’s Fourth of July and Corona Del Mar 5K events at no additional cost. City will instruct Hauler where and when to place Containers. City shall empty event litter boxes into the Containers, and instruct Hauler when to dump and/or replace Containers throughout events. City may instruct Hauler to provide separate Recycling bins or roll-off boxes. The City may require Hauler to service additional events at a cost to be negotiated.
City Sponsored Events. Manager shall assist the City in the planning, execution and provisioning of food and beverage for the City’s New Year’s Eve event to be held on December 31, 2021.
City Sponsored Events. Section 10.02 is hereby amended to add the following sentence at the end of the paragraph: “Service to any CITY-sponsored events [not listed on Exhibit 3] shall be subject to compliance with CONTRACTOR’s conflict-of-interest policies and applicable laws.”
