Change in Schedules. Promptly following the occurrence of any event or circumstance as a result of which any of Schedules 6.7, 6.8 or 6.16 ceases to be accurate in all material respects, the Borrower shall furnish to the Agent the applicable revised Schedule and shall certify that such revised Schedule is true, correct and complete in all material respects, and such revised Schedule shall be substituted for the applicable Schedule hereunder.
Change in Schedules. If an employee is called into work on the employee’s scheduled day off, the employee’s scheduled days off for that workweek will not be changed unless the employee requests another day off and management agrees to change the day off. An employee’s regularly scheduled days off shall not be changed because the employee is allowed to not work a holiday.
Change in Schedules. The Hospital may establish and/or revise work schedules on a department-wide basis. Schedules for regular employees shall be posted at least two pay periods in advance. When such schedules are established or revised, scheduled positions shall be filled, as provided in Article 20. After an individual employee receives their schedule, except in cases of emergency, the individual schedule can be modified by mutual agreement between the Hospital, the employee, and the Union. However, absent the mutual agreement the Hospital by giving a minimum of 21 calendar days’ notice can change the schedule by not more than two (2) hours change of start time, or not more than two (2) hours change of quit time. This change is limited to up to one two-hour change per employee per scheduling period and will not alter the original bid number of hours.
Change in Schedules. REDUCING RUNS AND RUNS NOT GUARANTEED In the event of a change in schedules on any line causing the number of runs to be reduced, increased, starting or finishing time of any run, a line sign-up will be held giving the Operators on that line their choice of runs, according to seniority, on the new schedule, and such line sign-up shall take effect simultaneously with the regular two week sign-up. AND PROVIDED FURTHERMORE, Operators on that line not desiring or not able to sign back on under the new schedule change, will revert to the spare board in their seniority slot, and any unsigned run on that line shall be posted for signing within the time hereinbefore limited. Operators affected by the new sign-up changes shall not be subject to any monetary loss. In the event the requirement for on-street transit service is reduced immediately as a result of external events the Employer has no control over, a line sign-up will take place immediately and will go into effect in conjunction with the two week sign-up. Upon resumption of regular transit service, Operators will revert back to the work signed for at the last major sign-up, if applicable. This reversion will take effect in conjunction with the two week sign-up.
Change in Schedules. In situations other than emergencies, the Employer will endeavor to provide twenty four (24) hours notice of change to affected employees.
Change in Schedules. Should it be necessary to establish schedules departing from the normal work week or normal shift hours the Company shall promptly so advise the Union President and his appointee(s) and confer with them to determine whether, in the circumstances necessitating such a change, mutually satisfactory modified schedules can be arranged. The final right to arrange working schedules, however, shall rest with the Company, it being understood that indiscriminate changes shall not be made and that the Company shall, to the extent feasible, announce such changes not later than one
Change in Schedules. The Borrower (i) furnished, on the date hereof, to the Agent a revised Schedule "6.8", and (ii) hereby certifies that such revised Schedule is true, correct and complete in all material respects on the date hereof. Such revised Schedule "6.8" shall be substituted for Schedule "6.8" to the Credit Agreement.
Change in Schedules. Promptly following the occurrence of but in any event not later than forty-five (45) days following any quarter in which there shall occur any event or circumstance as a result of which either of Schedules 1 or 6.8 ceases to be accurate in all material respects, Borrower shall furnish to Administrative Agent the applicable revised Schedule and shall certify that such revised Schedule is true, correct and complete in all material respects, and such revised Schedule shall be substituted for the applicable Schedule hereunder. 58
Change in Schedules. In all cases, except those cases of emergency, should it be necessary in the interest of efficient operation to establish schedules departing from the present basis of scheduling hours and days worked, the Hospital shall give three (3) weeks advance notice to the Union to bargain over such changes. The parties shall in good faith attempt to agree upon mutually satisfactory schedules and methods to change schedules when changes are necessary. The parties understand, however, that the final right to establish schedules rests with the Employer. The Hospital agrees that it shall not be arbitrary or capricious in making changes in schedules.
Change in Schedules. Notwithstanding the schedules set forth in Sections “A” – “D” of this Article, the Town has unilateral discretion to change regular working hours within a Department if written notice is given to employees at least forty-five (45) days in advance of the change.
