Change of shift rosters. Employees placed on the shift roster shall not have their roster changed by the employer without 48 hours' notice of such change or payment is made at time and one half rates for ordinary time worked until such 48 hours' notice would have expired. Such extra rate shall be in substitution for the shift allowance.

  • Change of Shift When an employee's regularly scheduled shift is changed to another shift in that day, he/she shall be given prior notice as follows:

  • Change of Scope 16.1.1 The Authority may, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, require the provision of additional works and services which are not included in the Scope of the Project as contemplated by this Agreement (the “Change of Scope”).
