Standing By. Subject to any custom prevailing at an enterprise, where an employee is required regularly to hold himself or herself in readiness to work after ordinary hours, the employee is to be paid standing by time at the employee's ordinary rate of pay for the time he or she is standing by.
Standing By. An Employee required to hold themselves in readiness to work after ordinary hours, shall, until released, be paid standing-by time at ordinary rates from the time which they so to hold themselves in readiness.
Standing By. Subject to any custom now prevailing under which an employee is required regularly to hold himself/herself in readiness for a call back, an employee required to hold himself/herself in readiness to work after ordinary hours shall until released be paid standing-by time at ordinary rates from the time which he/she is so to hold himself/herself in readiness.
Standing By. When an employee who is ready, willing and capable to attend for duty is required by the Company to be in readiness for a call back to work the employee shall, until released by the Company or notified of the requirement to attend for duty, be paid for standing by time at ordinary rates from the time so held in readiness.
Standing By. Subject to any custom now prevailing under which an employee is required regularly to be available for a call back, an employee required to be available for work after ordinary hours will, until released, be paid standing-by time at ordinary rates from the time the employee is told to be available.
Standing By. 19.1 This clause applies to employees who are directed to stand by in readiness to work overtime. It does not apply to employees who are on call.
19.2 Employees who are standing by shall be paid at ordinary rates from the time the employee commences standing by until the time the employee is directed to commence overtime or to cease standing by.
19.3 This clause applies except where a Local Workplace Flexibility Agreement is in place.
Standing By. Employees may be requested by an authorising officer to be on call or “stand by” to work after ordinary hours. Standing by time at ordinary rates is paid from the time from which the employee is told to be ready until released or actual work commences. In the event that actual work commences penalty rates apply.
Standing By. Subject to any custom now prevailing under which an employee is required regularly to hold himself/herself in readiness for a call back, an employee required to hold himself/herself in readiness to work after ordinary hours shall until released be paid standing-by time at ordinary rates from the time which he/she is so to hold himself/herself in readiness. Such payments will not apply to Xxxxxxxxx Lifts Australia employees or contractors.
Standing By. An employee required by the employer to standby for call back shall be paid at the ordinary rate of pay from the time standby commences until released. This provision does not apply to employees rostered on for duty officer or availability duty.
Standing By. If it has been determined by the Company that a specific task will need to be performed within a designated span of hours an employee may be required to stand-by pending notification to attend for work. An employee on call and standing by is required to hold themselves in readiness and available to work after ordinary hours as and when requested. The employee will, during the period of stand-by and until released from call, be paid standing-by time at 100% of ordinary rates for all times they are to hold themselves in readiness.
