Changed Time Packages. This is a current time package that has had an increase or decrease in services but for which the basic work remains. In the event that a time package should be lengthened, the driver and/or attendant will remain with the lengthened package and be paid therefor. In the event that a time package should be shortened, the driver and/or attendant will remain with the shortened package but be paid for the hours bid. The District has the right to assign employees with a shortened time package to other duties.

  • EODUF Packing Specifications 7.3.1 The data will be packed using ATIS EMI records. Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO shall review such specifications to ensure that the DAF are compatible with the technical specifications, operational control, and safety requirements of the Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO and comment on such specifications within thirty (30) Calendar Days of Developer’s submission. All specifications provided hereunder shall be deemed to be Confidential Information.
