Changes in Family Composition. Tenant(s) is required to report, in writing, any additions or removals to the number of Household Members within 10 business days of the change, including the death of anyone or the birth or legal adoption of a child. Except for additions due to birth, adoption, and court‐awarded custody, any additions to the household members named on the lease, including Live‐in Aides and xxxxxx children/ xxxxxx adults require the advance written approval of XXXX. Such approval will be granted only if the new household member(s) passes HANH’s screening criteria and a unit of the appropriate size is available. XXXX has the right to deny admission to any person found to be ineligible. Tenant agrees to wait for HANH’s approval before allowing additional persons to move into the Premises. Tenant(s) must provide documentation as required by XXXX when reporting that a family member has moved out of the Unit.
Changes in Family Composition. Xxxxxx agrees to wait for Franklin Park Apartments approval before allowing additional persons to move into the premises but excludes natural births. This applies to any adult member who was removed from the lease, Live-in Aides, xxxxxx children or adults. Franklin Park Apartments shall approve the additions if they pass the screening and appropriate size unit is available. Failure on the part of the Tenant to comply with this provision is a serious violation of the material terms of the lease, for which Franklin Park Apartments may terminate the lease in accordance with Section 14. Franklin Park Apartments will not add any adult member to the lease unless Franklin Park Apartments has screened the applicant and approved the adult member.
Changes in Family Composition. Changes in who will live in the apartment (this includes increases or decreases in family size) must be reported to the Development Management Office, in writing, within ten (10) days of the time they occur. The Resident must get approval from KCDC before moving anyone into the apartment, other than the birth, adoption or court-awarded custody of a child of a family member already living in the apartment. The Resident’s rent will not be affected by the addition of a person into the family until the regularly scheduled annual redetermination unless the Resident is on special reporting as described in Part B, Special (Interim) Redetermination, of this Section.
Changes in Family Composition. The Authority will adjust the rent following a change in family composition. If Tenant has not reported such changes to the Housing Manager in writing within 10 days of the occurrence, retroactive rent will be charged.

At and following the Closing, each of the Sponsor and the Partners, severally and not jointly, agrees to take, for so long as such Party holds of record or beneficially owns any Registrable Securities, all Necessary Action to cause the foregoing directors to be divided into three (3) classes of directors, with each class serving for staggered three (3) year terms. The initial term of the Class I directors shall expire immediately following PubCo’s 2022 annual meeting of stockholders at which directors are elected. The initial term of the Class II directors shall expire immediately following PubCo’s 2023 annual meeting of stockholders at which directors are elected. The initial term of the Class III directors shall expire immediately following PubCo’s 2024 annual meeting at which directors are elected.

  • Composition of Board ‌ Should the Committee on Labour Relations, the Union Committee, and the senior official of the Union fail to settle any difference, grievance, or dispute whatsoever arising between the Employer and the Union, or the employees concerned, such difference, grievance or dispute, including any question as to whether any matter is arbitrable, but excluding re-negotiation of the Agreement shall, at the instance of either party, be referred to the arbitration, determination and award of a single arbitrator. Notwithstanding this, either party may choose to refer a matter to an Arbitration Board of three (3) members.   • Committee Composition The Redeployment Committee shall be comprised of equal numbers of representatives of the Hospital and of the Union. The number of representatives will be determined locally. Where for the purposes of HTAP (the Ontario Hospital Training and Adjustment Panel) there is another hospital-wide staffing and redeployment committee created or in existence, Union members of the Redeployment Committee shall serve on any such hospital-wide staffing committee established with the same or similar terms of reference, and the number of Union members on such committee will be proportionate to the number of its bargaining unit members at the particular Hospital in relation to other staff groups. Meetings of the Redeployment Committee shall be held during normal working hours. Time spent attending such meetings shall be deemed to be work time for which the representative(s) shall be paid by the Hospital at his or her regular or premium rate as may be applicable.
