CHANGES IN RETAIL SERVICE. 85.1 CenturyLink will notify CLEC, at the time a Tariff is filed with the Commission, of any changes in the prices, terms and conditions under which CenturyLink offers Telecommunications Services at retail to subscribers who are not Telecommunications Carriers by posting such changes on CenturyLink’s Website. Such changes may include, but not be limited to, the introduction of any new features, functions, services, promotions in excess of ninety (90) Days in duration, or the discontinuance or Grandfathering of current features and services. Where CLEC has signed up for or subscribed to CenturyLink’s email notification service, CenturyLink also will provide notice to CLEC of such changes by posting the same to CenturyLink’s Website, with email notification of such postings.

CHANGES IN RETAIL SERVICE. GTE will notify AT&T of proposed new retail services or modifications to existing retail services forty-five (45) days prior to the expected date of regulatory approval of the new or modified services. If new services or modifications are introduced with less than forty-five (45) days notice to the regulatory authority, GTE will notify AT&T at the same time it determines to introduce the new or modified service. With respect to changes in prices for existing retail services or related resale rates, GTE will notify AT&T at the same time as GTE begins internal implementation efforts (i.e., at least at the time that GTE's Product Management Committee is notified of the proposed change) or obtains internal approval to make the price change, whichever is sooner.

CHANGES IN RETAIL SERVICE. 8.1 AT&T OKLAHOMA will notify CLEC, via Accessible Letter, at the time the tariff is filed with the Oklahoma Corporation Commission for price deregulated services and 10 days prior to the time a tariff is filed with the Oklahoma Corporation Commission for all other regulated services, of any changes in the prices, terms and conditions under which AT&T OKLAHOMA offers telecommunications services at retail to subscribers who are not telecommunications service providers or carriers, including, but not limited to, the introduction of any new features, functions, services, promotions, or the discontinuance of current features or services.
CHANGES IN RETAIL SERVICE. NEVADA will notify CLEC of any changes in the terms and conditions under which it offers Local Telecommunications Services at retail to subscribers who are not telecommunications service providers or carriers, at least 60 days prior to the effective date of such change.
CHANGES IN RETAIL SERVICE. PACIFIC will notify CLEC of any changes in the terms and conditions under which it offers Telecommunications Services at retail to subscribers who are not telecommunications service providers or carriers, including, but not limited to, the introduction of any new or discontinuance of any features, functions, services, or promotions or the discontinuance of current features or services, at least sixty (60) days prior to the effective date of such change; provided, however, that with respect to terms and conditions contained in a contract between PACIFIC and one of its end users, PACIFIC shall notify CLEC of changes in such terms and conditions immediately upon signing any amendment to such contract.

CHANGES IN RETAIL SERVICE. 24.3.2.1 BellSouth agrees to notify AT&T electronically of any changes in the terms and conditions under which it offers Telecommunications Services to subscribers who are non-telecommunications carriers, including, but not limited to, the introduction or discontinuance of any features, functions, services or promotions, at least forty-five (45) days prior to the effective date of any such change or concurrent with BellSouth’s internal notification process for such change, whichever is earlier. AT&T recognizes that certain revisions may occur between the time BellSouth notifies AT&T of a change pursuant to this Section and BellSouth’s tariff filing of such change. BellSouth shall notify AT&T of such revisions consistent with BellSouth’s internal notification process but AT&T accepts the consequences of such mid-stream changes as an uncertainty of doing business and, therefore, will not hold BellSouth responsible for any resulting inconvenience or cost incurred by AT&T unless caused by the intentional misconduct of BellSouth for the purposes of this section. The notification given pursuant to this Section will not be used by either party to market its offering of such changed services externally in advance of BellSouth filing of any such changes.
CHANGES IN RETAIL SERVICE. If CLEC desires to receive Notice of tariff or other changes CLEC may sign up for such notification via CenturyLink’s Wholesale services Website. and will receive email notification of such postings.
