Changed Services definition

Changed Services means the provision of goods or services in addition to, less than and/or different from the goods or services included within the Services. At any time prior to the completion of the Services, ArcelorMittal may require Processor to perform Changed Services.
Changed Services has the meaning given in Section 2.3.
Changed Services means Services which have been changed or clarified.

Examples of Changed Services in a sentence

  • LACMTA and Contractor will endeavor to reach mutual agreement regarding costs and Schedule associated with the Change; however, LACMTA reserves the right to direct the Contractor to perform the Changed Services.

  • With respect to any item of Unisys Work Product designated in the applicable Statement of Work or New or Changed Services Order to be licensed pursuant to a separate license agreement, the terms of such license agreement shall take precedence.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Customer may not reject a Deliverable because of a failure to meet the acceptance criteria to the extent such failure is related to Customer’s modifications or alterations to a Deliverable that are not: (i) authorized by Unisys; (ii) specified in the applicable user documentation or product specifications; or (iii) otherwise stated under this Agreement, a Statement of Work or a New or Changed Services Order.

  • Add-on or modified parts This warranty does not cover any part that malfunctions, fails or is damaged due to alterations by changing, adding to or removing parts from the engine.

  • If that is all agreed, then:The Changed Services replaces and becomes the “Extent of Work” for Clause A and Item 2.

Related to Changed Services

  • Finished Services means complete end-to-end services offered by CenturyLink to wholesale customers or retail End User Customers. Finished Services do not include Unbundled Network Elements or combinations of Unbundled Network Elements. Finished Services include Access Services, private lines, retail services, and resold services.

  • Enhanced Services means any service offered over Common Carrier transmission facilities that employ computer processing applications that act on the format, content, code, protocol or similar aspects of a subscriber's transmitted information; that provide the subscriber with additional, different or restructured information; or involve End User Customer interaction with stored information. "Enhanced 911" or "E911" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.3.1.

  • The Services means those services ancillary to the supply of the Goods, such as transportation and insurance, and any other incidental services, such as installation, commissioning, provision of technical assistance, training, and other such obligations of the Supplier covered under the Contract.

  • Purchased Services means Services that You or Your Affiliate purchase under an Order Form, as distinguished from those provided pursuant to a free trial.

  • agreed services means scheduled international air services on the route(s) specified in the Annex to this Agreement for the transport of passengers, baggage, cargo and mail;

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Consulting Services means services of an advisory and intellectual nature provided by consultants using their professional skills to study, design, organize, and manage projects, encompassing multiple activities and disciplines, including the crafting of sector policies and institutional reforms, specialist advice, legal advice and integrated solutions, change management and financial advisory services, planning and engineering studies, and architectural design services, supervision, social and environmental assessments, technical assistance, and programme implementation;

  • Extra Services means those services set forth in Schedule “B” that are requested by the Municipality for itself or on behalf of its citizens and provided by the Company in accordance with paragraph 7 of this Agreement;

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Scope of Services or “Scope of Work” means the work to be performed by the Proposer or Consultant as described in Section 2.0 of this RFP, as amended thereto.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.
