Changes to Providers of Employee Benefit. Plans The District intends to periodically evaluate the Health and Welfare plans currently available to employees to determine if similar or better coverage may be available at lower cost to the District. The District may substitute new insurance carriers or arrange for self-insurance provided that the overall coverage is similar or better as specified in this Agreement.

  • CATEGORIES OF EMPLOYEES (a) A full-time Employee is one who is regularly scheduled to work the normal full time hours of work as defined under Article 16.01.

  • PROTECTION OF EMPLOYEES A. The Board assures bargaining unit members that it shall put its full support behind the discipline procedures and policies hereinafter recommended and adopted by the Board. It is also agreed that such policies will be enforced fairly and consistently pursuant to its anti-discrimination policy.

  • CLASSIFICATION OF EMPLOYEES Section 1. A full-time employee shall be deemed to be any employee regularly scheduled to work forty (40) hours per week. A regular employee is one whose employment is reasonably expected to continue for longer than fifteen (15) months.

  • Notification of Employees A. Written notice of layoff shall be given to an employee or sent by mail to the last known mailing address at least fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the effective date of the layoff. Notices of layoff shall be served on employees personally at work whenever practicable.

  • Participating Providers To find out if a Provider is a Participating Provider: • Check Our Provider directory, available at Your request; • Call the number on Your ID card; or • Visit our website at xxx.xxxxxx.xxx. The Provider directory will give You the following information about Our Participating Providers: • Name, address, and telephone number; • Specialty; • Board certification (if applicable); • Languages spoken; and • Whether the Participating Provider is accepting new patients.

  • EVALUATION OF EMPLOYEES Section 1. Performance evaluations are designed to serve the needs of both the employee and Employer. An organized program for employee performance evaluation will:

  • Requiring Health Benefits for Covered Employees Contractor agrees to comply fully with and be bound by all of the provisions of the Health Care Accountability Ordinance (HCAO), as set forth in San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 12Q, including the remedies provided, and implementing regulations, as the same may be amended from time to time. The provisions of section 12Q.5.1 of Chapter 12Q are incorporated by reference and made a part of this Agreement as though fully set forth herein.
