Changes to Rosters to Accommodate Production Requirements. (a) Subject to the Roster Rules, the Company may make changes to rosters to accommodate changes to production requirements (other than changing employees’ rosters to a different type of roster) after giving not less than 28 clear days’ prior notice to the employees directly affected by the changes. (b) If a Party to this Agreement considers that changes to rosters notified by the Company under clause 6.8.2 (a) are unreasonable having regard to production requirements balanced against the needs of employees, the Party may within seven days of the notification of change refer this issue to the Australian Industrial Relations Commission. If the Commission determines that these changes are unreasonable having regard to balancing production requirements with the needs of employees, the Company will not introduce those changes.
