Changing Service Location i. YOU AGREE THAT, WHILE YOU CONTINUE TO RECEIVE THE 4G VOICE SERVICE, NEITHER YOU NOR A THIRD PARTY WILL MOVE THE LTE DEVICE WITHIN YOUR PREMISES OR TO ANY OTHER PHYSICAL LOCATION OUTSIDE OF THE PREMISES WHERE IT WAS INSTALLED. The 4G Voice Service is not designed to be nomadic and may not function properly if the LTE Device is moved or altered by a non-Brightspeed employee. If you require the LTE Device to be moved while you continue to receive the 4G Voice Service, you must contact Brightspeed. Failure to do so may result in a failure of the 4G Voice Service and/or in our election to terminate your 4G Voice Service.

Changing Service Location. You may not use the Fixed Wireless Internet Service at any address other than your Service address or move any of the AT&T Equipment to another address while you remain an AT&T Fixed Wireless customer. If you are moving to a new residence at which Fixed Wireless Internet Service is available, and you wish to continue using the Service, you may request that AT&T install the Service and the AT&T Equipment at, and change your Service address to, your new residence, although we may require a contract extension for any such installation and change. If Fixed Wireless Internet Service is not available at your new residence or if we cannot perform installation at such residence for any reason, and if you also have a Term Plan, you will be charged any applicable ETF. If you change your service location but fail to call us at 000.000.0000 to give us prior notice, your Service will not be cancelled, and your Service charges will continue to apply.

These Prohibit Network Uses are in addition to and not in lieu of the requirements set forth in MLabs Industries LLC’s Acceptable Use Policy. We may take any and all reasonable actions necessary to restrict any prohibited network uses, including those addressed in MLabs Industries LLC’s Acceptable Use Policy and/or any use in a manner that: ● Hinders other customers' access to a wireless network; ● Negatively affects our network or compromises network security or capacity; ● Excessively and disproportionately contributes to network congestion; ● Adversely impacts network service levels or legitimate data flows; ● Degrades network performance; or

  • Service Location The services shall be performed at all contracting and participating facilities of the Contractor.

  • Service Locations X.X. Xxxxxx maintains various operational/service centers and locations through the United States and foreign jurisdictions. The services provided under this Agreement may be provided from one or more such locations. X.X. If Registry Operator desires to provide any Registry Service that is not an Approved Service or is a material modification to an Approved Service (each, an “Additional Service”), Registry Operator shall submit a request for approval of such Additional Service pursuant to the Registry Services Evaluation Policy at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/en/registries/rsep/rsep.html, as such policy may be amended from time to time in accordance with the bylaws of ICANN (as amended from time to time, the “ICANN Bylaws”) applicable to Consensus Policies (the “RSEP”). Registry Operator may offer Additional Services only with the written approval of ICANN, and, upon any such approval, such Additional Services shall be deemed Registry Services under this Agreement. In its reasonable discretion, ICANN may require an amendment to this Agreement reflecting the provision of any Additional Service which is approved pursuant to the RSEP, which amendment shall be in a form reasonably acceptable to the parties.
