Voice Service Sample Clauses

Voice Service. If the Service Provider offers a voice service to End Users: (a) the LFC will, on request by the Service Provider, provide an ATA voice port meeting the Minimum Standard at the End User Premises to enable the Service Provider to provide the voice service; and (b) the Service Provider may, by notice to the LFC, request that the LFC provide an alternative codec or design to that offered by the LFC under clause 9.2(a). The LFC will consider any request in good faith and charge reasonable set-up fees at the rates set out in the Price List for testing and commissioning that new ATA configuration.

Voice Service. If you receive Viasat Voice service with your CAF-II Internet Service or Viasat’s Voice-only Service, the provisions of the Voice Addendum apply to your use of the Voice or Voice-only Services.

Voice Service a. TVC provides residential Voice Service to TVC residential customers that are served by Thames Valley Communications Internet Service. b. This document describes the agreement between TVC and subscribers to Voice Service (“Residential Voice Agreement”). c. This Residential Voice Agreement governs both the Voice Service and the telephone adapter (“Telephone Adapter”) that will be used in conjunction with the Voice Service. d. By activating the Voice Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understand and agree to the terms and conditions of this Residential Voice Agreement, and that you are of legal age to enter this Residential Voice Agreement and become bound by its terms.
