Charge Hand - Definition. The Company will select employee(s) from the bargaining unit to perform the duties of “Charge Hand”. The duties of the Charge Hand will include responsibility for the quantity and quality of the product. No Charge Hand will be responsible for discipline of any employee within the bargaining unit. Employees may be requested to perform work at the above premiums at Management’s discretion. The premium will be paid for the duration of the employees’ service in that function.
