Promotional Appearances. Upon request by his Team or MLS, a Player shall be required to make a reasonable number of promotional appearances on behalf of MLS, his Team and/or the game of soccer as set forth in this Section.
(a) In each year of a Player’s contract, he may be required to make up to three (3) promotional appearances without additional compensation. Every additional promotional appearance shall be compensated at a minimum of $350.
(b) A Player may not be required to make more than two (2) promotional appearances per week or twenty-four (24) promotional appearances per year.
(c) Players shall be given a reasonable amount of time between the end of training and commencement of a promotional appearance. If a promotional appearance is scheduled within two hours after the end of training, a meal must be provided by the Team. Such meal shall be reasonable under the circumstances.
(d) No promotional appearance shall be more than two (2) hours in length excluding travel time. Travel time shall be determined from the location where the Player is required to report for duty prior to departing for the promotional appearance, for example, the Team’s training facility or stadium, and shall include the time to return after the promotional appearance to such location. The Player shall receive $50 for each hour (or portion of an hour) of total travel time above one (1) hour. Travel time shall not exceed three (3) hours, provided however, that if a promotional appearance involves travel in excess of three (3) hours, the Team or League must obtain the Union’s consent for such an appearance, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.
(e) Promotional appearances may include, but shall not be limited to, youth organizational visits, xxxxx xxxxx, projects and programs; skills shows, talks, speeches, autograph signings, clinics, or hospitality or promotional events involving or relating to the Player’s Team or MLS. No promotional appearance shall be made on behalf of a commercial sponsor; nor shall such appearance require a Player to endorse or to give a testimonial for any product or service.
(f) Promotional appearances shall not be scheduled during a Player’s day off or a travel day or game day. No Player shall be required to make more than four (4) promotional appearances in a year unless seven (7) other Players on the Player’s Team have made at least three (3) promotional appearances during that year.

Promotional Appearances. Upon request by the PWHL or a Team, a Player shall participate in up to ten (10) Promotional Appearances of up to two (2) hours in duration each on behalf of the PWHL or the Team, as applicable, in each League Year, at reasonable places and at reasonable times. A “Promotional Appearance” is any public or community appearance by a Player that promotes the any or all of the League Entities, any or all of the PWHL Games, and/or the sport of hockey, and which is not a Commercial Appearance. Promotional Appearances may include, but are not limited to, youth organizational visits, charitable appearances, public service or other community service event appearances, xxxxx xxxxx, projects and programs, photo shoots, skills shows, talks, speeches, autograph signings on non-game days not to exceed one (1) hour, clinics (not to exceed one (1) hour) that are used to promote any or all of the League Entities, any or all of the PWHL Games, and/or the sport of hockey. A Player shall not be required or compelled to play hockey as part of any Promotional Appearance.
Promotional Appearances. If requested by Company, Xxxxxxx agrees to make three (3) promotional appearances on behalf of Company during the Term. Each such appearance shall be approximately two (2) to three (3) hours in duration and said time frame shall be exclusive of travel time. The appearances shall take place at a time and location that is mutually acceptable to Xxxxxxx and Company.
Promotional Appearances. In addition to the other terms and conditions herein, during the Term, Txxxxxxxx also will;
a. Make himself available for four (4) sessions for production of photographs, or radio, television, video or other multi-media programming for use in Bizzingo's advertising or promotional materials, with each such session not exceeding eight (8) hours.
b. Make four (4) public appearance for the purpose of promoting the Network, which may include autograph sessions, dinner appearances, and/or other appearances not described in 4(a) above, with each such session not exceeding two (2) hours. Bizzingo recognizes that Theismann's schedule and will not schedule any such session or appearance at a time that would conflict with Theismann's current obligations. Following the execution of this Agreement, Txxxxxxxx will provide Bizzingo with an availability schedule indicating black out and/or available dates and from time to time will endeavor to update such schedule. In this regard, Bizzingo agrees to provide Jxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx with at least thirty (30) days' written notice of any photographic sessions or public appearances to permit Txxxxxxxx to properly schedule the session or appearance. Bizzingo will pay all reasonable out of pocket expenses incurred by Txxxxxxxx in connection with such session or appearance which expenses shall not exceed One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) per day unless Txxxxxxxx receives prior written approval from Bizzingo. For any travel incurred by Txxxxxxxx as part of his appearances, Bizzingo will provide first class air travel and hotel accommodations.
Promotional Appearances. 16.1. The Artist warrants and confirms that it will appear at such times and places during the Term as Company shall reasonably require upon reasonable notice for promotional photographs interviews and for other personal appearances in connection with the promotion of Records comprising Masters made under this Agreement. Company shall reimburse the Artist for the Artist's reasonable out of pocket expenses in connection with such personal appearance(s) (which have not been so reimbursed by any third party).
Promotional Appearances. No requirement.
Promotional Appearances. A. During the term of this Agreement, CONSULTANT shall use best efforts to be available for such press interviews, radio or TV appearances arranged for CONSULTANT by XXXXX GOLF which are compatible with CONSULTANT’S own practice, play and personal time requirements. CONSULTANT will be required to be available after a tournament for selected interviews, either the Sunday afternoon or Monday morning following the tournament. In all such interviews and appearances, CONSULTANT will use his best efforts to make reference to the XXXXX GOLF PRODUCT and wear [*****] and display XXXXX GOLF’S brand name.
B. During the term of this Agreement, CONSULTANT shall make himself available on not more than [*****] days for television and radio commercials, photo shoots, modeling and promotional appearances compatible with CONSULTANT’S own practice, play and personal time requirements. Said activities shall be directly related to the promotion of XXXXX GOLF PRODUCT. XXXXX GOLF shall reimburse CONSULTANT for reasonable travel expenses for CONSULTANT when making special appearances for XXXXX GOLF pursuant to this paragraph but XXXXX GOLF shall not pay CONSULTANT session fees, residual payments or the like for television appearances. Travel expenses shall include jet fuel or first-class round-trip airfare and lodging, meals and local transportation.
Promotional Appearances. In connection with the promotion of NIKE Products and the NIKE brands, each Contract Year, upon reasonable prior notice and subject to any coaching commitment, if requested by NIKE, UNIVERSITY shall make the Coach of each Covered Program available for up to two personal appearances on behalf of NIKE. No single appearance shall exceed 24 hours in duration, including travel time, unless otherwise agreed in advance. Such appearances may include photo shoots, production sessions related to filming commercials, video productions or advertising, retail store appearances, trade shows, speaking engagements, appearances at sports clinics, celebrity events and other public appearances. UNIVERSITY shall receive no additional compensation for such appearances. NIKE shall pay all reasonable and necessary documented out-of-pocket expenses of each Coach in connection with any appearance hereunder.
Promotional Appearances. You warrant and confirm that you will appear at such time and places during the Term as we shall reasonably require for promotional photographs and for other personal appearances in connection with the promotion of Records comprising Masters made under this Agreement. We shall reimburse you for your reasonable out of pocket expenses in connection with such personal appearance(s) (which have not been so reimbursed by any third party).
Promotional Appearances. 4.1 If requested to do so by Company, Licensor agrees to make herself available 4 times in each year of the Term for photographs for use in Company's advertising.
4.2 If requested to do so by Company, Licensor shall make 4 public appearances in each year of the Term for the purpose of promoting the Product. If no photo sessions are required by Licensor in a given year, then Celebrity shall make 5 public appearances in that year.
4.3 Company agrees to pay Licensor ($10,000) on a per diem basis for any and all additional photo shoots and or public appearances beyond the photo shoots and public appearances outlined in sections 4.1 and 4.2.
4.4 Company recognizes that Licensor has a busy schedule as well as a desire to take land transportation in lieu of air transportation. As such, Company agrees to provide Celebrity with at least 30 days' written notice of any photographic sessions or public appearances to permit Licensor to properly schedule the session or appearance.
4.5 With respect to each photo session or public appearance as defined above, Company agrees to pay all reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred by Licensor in connection with such session or appearance. No other compensation shall be required. Company will not pay for Licensor’s entourage out of pocket expenses. Company will provide 3 additional members to have a total of five members of entourage at all times. Company agrees to provide five star hotel accommodations or an alternate trailer for hair and make up in between shoots. Room or trailer will be stocked at all times with fresh tropical fruits, meatloaf sliders, chicharones, raspberry-flavored vodka, flaming hot lemon-cheetos as well as organic sheep milk and almond butter.
(a) Celebrity agrees to only eat fresh tropical fruits, meatloaf sliders, chicarones, raspberry-flavored vodka, flaming hot lemon-cheetos as well as organic sheep milk and almond butter within the confines of the trailer. Celebrity agrees to not eat these foods outside of the trailer where the public and media can see her eating said foods.
4.6 Company shall not schedule any such session or appearance at a time that would conflict with Licensor's performance of his or her obligations as a performer. The company contracted with the celebrity because of his or her success as a performer. Success results in busy schedules, and the Licensor's first responsibility is to his or her profession.
4.7 Licensor agrees to maintain the best celebrity image possible.
4.8 Licens...
