Charlotte County Public Schools School-Based Partnership Committees. A School-Based Partnership Committee shall be created in every school. It will be a collaborative and inclusive forum for communication and cooperation in support of our mission to deliver high quality education; to maintain a high-quality work environment for employees of CCPS; and to generate gains in efficiency, effectiveness, and accountability through policies, programs and services that are economically feasible and justifiable.
