Common use of Charter Schools/Transfers Committee Clause in Contracts

Charter Schools/Transfers Committee. A joint committee comprised of three (3) members appointed by the Superintendent and three (3) members appointed by the Xxxxxx County Education Association will be convened to recommend the policies and procedures governing the transfer/reassignment of teachers in the event that one or more public schools become a charter school(s).
