CHECK OFF AND UNION MEMBERSHIP. 7.01 Neither the Employer nor the Union will compel employees to become members of the Union. The Employer will not discriminate against employees because of Union membership or lack thereof, and it will inform all new employees of the contractual relationship with the Union.
