CHECK-OFF OF DUES. 3.1 The Employer agrees to deduct Association dues from the wages of each employee that authorizes such in writing. The Employer agrees to forward such dues to the account of the Association monthly. 3.2 An employee may revoke said authorization for payroll deduction of payments to the Union by written notice to the Employer. Every effort will be made to end the deduction effective on the first payroll, but not later than the second payroll, after the Employer’s receipt of the employee’s written notice.
