Chemical Toilets. City shall provide two clean working chemical toilets for the River Bend Bike Park Project, as well as removal of sewage as needed. LVPRPF shall pay City for those toilets on a quarterly basis. City shall invoice LVPRPF in advance for each quarterly payment. Alternatively, LVPRPF can provide the two clean working chemical toilets, as well as removal of sewage, as needed, all subject to reasonable approval of City. Failure to make such payment timely or provide the toilets and for removal of the sewage, as approved by City, could result in closure of the River Bend Bike Park by City, at City’s sole discretion.

Chemical Toilets. LVPRPF shall provide at least one clean working chemical toilet, as well as removal of sewage, as needed, for the duration of the interim park. Failure to provide the toilet and removal of the sewage, as approved by City, could result in closure of the Kid’s Motorcycle Fun Park by City, at City’s sole discretion.
Chemical Toilets the organization / event organizer must provide additional toilet facilities for those attending the event. The organization / event organizer must estimate the anticipated attendance and provide the appropriate number of chemical toilets. (For events over 200 persons, seven chemical toilets for each 800 additional person or faction thereof anticipated are required)

  • Chemicals All chemicals are provided by Xxxxxxxx Pools & Spas at additional costs per the agreement. These include, but are not limited to, sanitizer, balancing chemicals, algaecide, & cleaners. 4.

  • Irrigation The City shall provide water to the Premises for the purpose of irrigating the facility. The City specifically reserves the right to restrict water usage under this Agreement if water restrictions are placed on other water users within the City. Prior to the start of the season, City will provide charge up and run through the automatic irrigation systems to check for proper operation. City will provide Lessee with a radio for remote operation of the irrigation system, which Lessee shall use for the day to day maintenance, repair, and monitoring of the irrigation system. If the radio is lost, stolen, broken, or is rendered unusable, Lessee shall pay $1500 for the replacement radio. City is responsible for the maintenance and repair of the following irrigation elements, to the extent applicable: curb stops, backflow prevention devices, backflow enclosures, main line pipings, electric control valves, and controllers. Lessee shall notify Parks Division Water managers by email if any of these irrigation elements are malfunctioning or broken.
