Park Project definition

Park Project means parks, trails, and park or recreational related structures that do not qualify as a County-Owned Building.
Park Project means acquisition and/or construction of the improvements and infrastructure described in Exhibit D. Park Projects shall be located in the boundaries of the Park, or, if located outside the boundaries of the Park, must confer a direct benefit on or serve the Park or all or a portion of the Park Property.
Park Project means the renovation of Poultry Park to construct 40 parking spaces, relocate the “Poultry Capital of the World” monument and install light and landscaping.

Examples of Park Project in a sentence

  • The Village shall not be bound by any agreements entered into between Miracle League and any of Miracle League’s donors for the Park Project.

  • Miracle League shall use good faith efforts to fund and/or fundraise for the entire cost of the Park Project.

  • Except as provided in Section 7 below, Miracle League shall fund the Park Project at its sole cost and expense.

More Definitions of Park Project

Park Project means the acquisition, construction and equipping of a regional park, financed in part with the proceeds of the Series 2014 Bonds.
Park Project means real property, facilities and equipment for parks, including, without limitation, graded, regraded, graveled, surfaced, drained, cultivated and otherwise improved sites therefor, greenhouses, bandstand and orchestra facilities, auditoriums, arenas, zoo facilities, golf course facilities, clubhouses, tennis courts, swimming pools, bathhouses, horseshoe pits, ball fields, boating facilities, swings, slides, other playground equipment, and other recreational facilities, or any combination thereof, and all appurtenances and incidentals necessary, useful or desirable for any such facilities, including, without limitation, all types of property therefor.
Park Project means the ground level public Baseline Park located within the Development Site and south of the Podium and Tower, being not less than one contiguous acre, together with the applicable Public Benefit Improvements set forth on Exhibit “H” attached hereto.
Park Project. The County shall tender the Funding Commitment of One Million, Eight Hundred Thousand and no/100s ($1,800,000.00) to Town at such time as Town has provided: 1. Satisfactory documentation of Phase II Park Project budget and Town funding commitments at time of funding request. 2. A letter from the Town Manager certifying that the Phase II Park Project is operational (includes all three lighted, synthetic turf adult baseball/softball fields, one lighted, synthetic turf youth baseball/softball field, the 5k trail course and one field house), a certificate of occupancy has been issued for the field houses and a certificate of completion has been issued by the Town. This letter shall include a copy of confirmation of all scheduled tournament dates and special events and details of the events. 3. The County reserves the right to conduct a site inspection to verify completion of the Phase II Park Project prior to authorizing disbursement of payment to Town. 4. Satisfactory documentation that Town or Lessee has not encumbered the Property, Project, or Lease to secure financing.

Related to Park Project

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Condominium project Real estate including the separate ownership in fee, or on a satisfactory leasehold estate, of a particular residential unit with an indivisible interest in the real estate designated for common ownership strictly by unit owners.
