Common use of Child Care Benefit Clause in Contracts

Child Care Benefit. If You suffer a Disability during Your Overseas Journey and as a result of this, confined in a Hospital as a registered in-patient and no other Adult is travelling with You to accompany the Child who is covered with Us on the same Journey, We will reimburse the reasonable and necessary Common Carrier (economy class return fare) and Hotel accommodation expenses including any mandatory taxes and charges incurred by one (1) Family Member residing in Malaysia to accompany the Child back to Your Home.
