Children and Young People’s Plan, Young and Yorkshire. 2 The Service will work to support the delivery of the Children and Young People’s plan in North Yorkshire, Young and Yorkshire (see section 1 above) and the NYCC Looked After Children and Care Leaver’s Strategy 2018-2021. This vision is “A place of opportunity where all children and young people are happy, healthy and achieving”. The principles, priorities and outcomes are summarised on the pages above. The Director of Public Health Annual Report 2018, “Back to the Future”, which reviewed progress in the health and wellbeing of children and young people in the past five years identified obesity, a healthy start in life and mental health as the top priority areas for stakeholders. The Service Model has been developed in the context of these principles and priorities and will support the delivery of the outcomes.

  • Paraeducators A Paraeducator who has successfully completed a probationary period of ninety (90) calendar days. The term Paraeducators shall include all Paraeducators as defined in Appendix B. Paraeducators will work a 186-day contract, 7½ hours per day and receive four (4) paid holidays unless otherwise specified.

  • Indiana Veteran’s Business Enterprise Compliance Award of this Contract was based, in part, on the Indiana Veteran’s Business Enterprise (“IVBE”) participation plan. Therefore, any changes to this information during the Contract term must be approved by IDOA’s IVOSB Division (“IVOSB Division”) and may require an amendment.   • Indigenous Peoples 8. The Borrower shall ensure, or cause the Project Executing Agency and Project Implementing Agency to ensure, that the Project does not have any indigenous peoples impacts, within the meaning of the SPS. In the event that the Project or any Subproject does have any such impact, the Borrower shall take, or cause the Project Executing Agency or Project Implementing Agency to take, all steps required to ensure that the Project or Subproject complies with the applicable laws and regulations of the Borrower and with the SPS.

  • EMPLOYEE HEALTH CARE 233. Pursuant to the Charter, the City contributes whatever rate is applicable per month directly into the City Health Service System for each employee who is a member of the Health Service System. Subsequent City contributions will be set pursuant to the Charter.
