Choice of Law and Choice of Venue. This Agreement, as well as the parties’ rights and obligations hereunder, shall be in all respects interpreted, enforced and governed by and under the laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any lawsuit between the Bank and you, arising from this Agreement or otherwise, shall be brought in a court located within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable, such provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable; additionally, all remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The headings used throughout this Agreement are for convenience only and shall not govern the interpretation of the provisions. In the event of a dispute regarding a Service, you agree that it will be resolved by looking to the terms and conditions contained herein and, except for business customers, in the "Initial Disclosure of Terms and Conditions of Electronic Funds Transfer Services" provided to you.

  • Choice of Law and Venue This Agreement shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
