Text Banking. By activating one or more mobile phones for this service, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Text Banking refers to the Digital Service in which you can receive information related to your Accounts and transfer between your Accounts by sending specific commands from your Mobile Device.
Text Banking. You can check your account balances or establish alerts through our Short Message Service (SMS) messaging service (“Text Banking”).
Text Banking. You must have a device with the ability to send, receive, and view SMS/text messages. Our participating carriers include (but are not limited to) Alltel, AT&T, SprintPCS, T‐ Mobile®, U.S. Cellular®, Verizon Wireless, MetroPCS. We reserve the right to alter this list at any time without notice to you.
Text Banking. By entering your phone number you agree to our sending of Account information to the provided number. Our text banking works with only certain carriers and is not compatible with all handsets. To opt-out of Text Banking, text STOP to 226563. An unsubscribe message will be sent to your number confirming the cancellation, but no more messages will be sent after that. Message and data rates may apply.
Text Banking. Text Banking services are available utilizing SMS text messages by registering your mobile phone in Online Banking. You are solely responsible for the content of and the misdelivery of any messages. You agree to provide accurate source identification for any SMS messages sent to you. You will have access to the Text Banking Services until terminated by the Bank, by you, or by a third party such as your Carrier or Device vendor. You may cancel participation in the Mobile Banking Services by removing the mobile banking app from your Device. You can cancel participation in mobile text banking by sending a text that says “STOP” to this number (0-000-000-0000). You will receive a one-time confirmation message and after that, you will not receive any future messages. You agree that the Bank or its third party vendors may change or cancel the Mobile Banking Services, or may suspend your access to the Mobile Banking Services at any time without notice and for any reason, including but not limited to your non-use of the Mobile Banking Services. The Bank and its third party vendors shall not be liable for any modification or discontinuance of the Mobile Banking Services.
Text Banking. Text Banking allows you to opt-in to receive information related to your Accounts and transfer between your Accounts. This option is found on the Online Services Menu. You will need to enroll your mobile phone number and agree to receive alerts from FSB. You will be able to see the list of mobile carriers that work with Text Banking on the enrollment page. You will be directed to your Account preferences where you will need to enable each Account that you would like to enroll in Text Banking and establish a four-letter nickname for each one. Once completed you are then able to text the following commands to 226563 to obtain the information; BAL or BAL <four letter account nickname> Receive Account balance (if no Account nickname is included, the balances of all enabled Accounts will be listed) HIST <four letter account nickname> Receive Account history XFER <four letter account nickname> <TO four letter account nickname><dollar amount> Transfer funds between Accounts LIST Receive a list of available text commands HELP Receive a list of contact points for information on Text Banking STOP Stop all Text Banking messages to the Mobile Device Message and data rates may apply as assessed by your mobile service provider. If you send a text message from outside the United States, you may incur additional roaming fees from your mobile service provider.

Text Banking. By subscribing, using an Electronic Signature, clicking “I Agree,” requesting access, providing Login Credentials, entering your mobile cell phone number and/or using the text banking service, you and anyone else you authorize (i.e., an Authorized Person) agree to be bound by this agreement. Your acceptance of this agreement constitutes your enrollment and registration in the Text Banking Service and evidences affirmative consent under the E-Sign Act. Upon activation, Users may enable the text banking feature of mobile banking, by which certain basic account information (e.g., balances, etc.) can be quickly retrieved, even without the formal Login process, through your registered Mobile Device. Mobile carrier message and data fees may apply. Users may later opt out or disable the Text banking featured within the application. You are and will remain subscribed to the Service until you send STOP to the COMMUNITY 1ST CREDIT UNION Text Banking Service. To opt-out of alerts, reply STOP to 226563. An unsubscribe message will be sent to your number confirming the cancellation, but no more messages will be sent after that one. If you deactivate cellular service for the mobile phone number that you enrolled in text banking, you are responsible for deactivating the mobile phone number from text banking. Notify us immediately of any changes to your registered device. In case of unauthorized access to your device or service, you agree to deactivate the device immediately through Online Banking. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless from any third-party claims, liability, damages or costs arising from your use of the service or from you providing us with a phone number that is not your own. You agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the service; any errors in such information; any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or service; or any disclosure of account information to third parties resulting from your use of the service. We will not be liable to you for special, indirect or consequential damages.
Text Banking a. If you sign up for Text Banking, we may send any Credit Union Text Banking messages through your communication service provider in order to deliver them to you. You agree that your communication services provider is acting as your agent in this capacity. b. You agree to provide a valid phone number for this service so that we may send you certain information about your applicable account(s). We will determine in our sole discretion what information we make available through this service. c. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liability, cost and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your provision of a phone number that is not your own or your violation of applicable federal, state, or local law, regulation or ordinance. Your obligation under this paragraph shall survive termination of the Agreement. d. Credit Union Text Banking is provided for your convenience and does not replace your monthly account statement(s), which is the official record of your accounts. e. This service may not be encrypted and may include personal or confidential information about you, such as your account activity or status. You agree to protect your communications device(s) that receives information through this service and not to let any unauthorized person have access to the information we provide to you through this service. f. We may send you marketing messages through the Credit Union Text Banking service. g. Receipt of account information through Credit Union Text Banking may be delayed or impacted by factor(s) pertaining to your phone carrier or other parties. h. We will not be liable for losses or damages caused in whole or in part by your actions or omissions that result in any disclosure of account information to third parties. Also, nothing about Credit Union Text Banking creates any new or different liability for us beyond what is already applicable under your existing account agreements. i. Credit Union Text Banking is only available to such accounts as we make available from time to time in our sole discretion. j. There is no separate service fee for this service but you are responsible for any and all charges, including, but not limited to, fees otherwise applicable to your account(s) and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your communications service provider.
