Christmas/New Year Closure. DHSV This clause only applies to Dental Assistants employed by DHSV. Where the Employer closes one or more of its operations over the Christmas/New Year period and provided not less than 4 weeks’ notice in writing to affected Employees, such Employees will be afforded the option of utilising Annual Leave, Time in Lieu, Accrued Days Off for the period of closure or, in the event of insufficient credits, leave without pay.
