Citizenship Rights. Employees will be entitled to full rights of citizenship. Religious or political activities of the employee and the private and personal life of the employee will not be grounds for disciplinary action unless the District shows just and sufficient cause that such activities or private and personal life are harmful to the educational program or adversely impact the performance of assigned duties.
