Common use of City Responsibility Clause in Contracts

City Responsibility. The City will perform no repairs, maintenance or snow removal on the improvements and easements until accepted by the City. The City agrees to maintain any easements once they have been accepted by the City. Trash and garbage removal service will be provided by the City upon the issuance of the first occupancy permit.
