City Responsibility. 3.1 The CITY shall designate a Project Manager to act as the CITY’s representative with respect to the work performed under this Agreement. 3.2 The CITY shall give prompt written notice to the CONSULTANT whenever the CITY observes or otherwise becomes aware of a problem with the project.
