City Responsibility. 6.1.1 Excluding permits and fees normally the responsibility of the Contractor, the City shall obtain all approvals, easements, and the like required for construction and shall pay for necessary assessments and charges required for construction, use or occupancy of permanent structures or for permanent changes in existing facilities.
