City Right to Inspect. The Owner hereby grants permission for the City to enter upon the Property from time to time to inspect the Rain Garden. This permission remains in effect until the expiration of this Agreement.
City Right to Inspect. On twenty-four (24) hours written notice, at any time during Normal Business Hours at the Grantee's local office or regional office, the City shall have the right to inspect all books, records, maps, plans, financial statements, all logs required under this Chapter, performance test results, record of requests for service and other like materials of the Xxxxx xx relating to the operation of the Cable System in the Franchise Area.
City Right to Inspect. Licensee shall allow City to enter upon the Premises at reasonable times for the purpose of inspection. Should Licensee not comply fully with the above- stated obligations of this section, City may, at its option, terminate this License by serving five (5) days’ notice of termination upon Licensee. Any waiver by City of any breach of Licensee’s obligations shall not constitute a waiver of the right to terminate this Lease for any subsequent or continued breach which may occur, or to enforce any other provision of this License. Upon termination, Licensee shall be governed by Section 13 of this License and Agreement regarding Licensee’s surrender of possession of the Premises. Any termination of the License herein will not serve to terminate any other obligations by Licensee under this Agreement.
City Right to Inspect. EXOS shall permit the CITY to enter the Premises at all times to inspect the Premises, provided, however, that such entry shall not unreasonably interfere with EXOS’S operation of the Premises. Nothing contained in this Article 7, however, shall be construed as creating any duty on the part of the CITY to do any work which, under any provision of this Service Agreement, EXOS may be required to do.
