Local Office. Contractor shall maintain a local (within Plumas County) office within their service area for acceptance of in-person payment of bills. At the local office, Contractor shall accept as payment personal checks, money orders, and cashier’s checks. The local office shall be open for business from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. (except for the one-hour period between noon and 1 p.m. for lunch). Monday through Friday, exclusive of holidays.
Local Office. Contractor shall operate a local administration office within Plumas County. Office hours shall be, at a minimum, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, (except for the one-hour period between noon until 1:00 p.m. for lunch) exclusive of holidays. Contractor shall be responsible for ensuring that a qualified representative is available at the local office during office hours to communicate with the public and accept xxxx payments from customers. The local office and customer service telephone number(s) shall either be a local or toll free call. Contractor's telephone system shall adequately handle the volume of calls typically experienced on the busiest days. Contractor shall have a company representative, an answering service, or voice- mail system available for calls received during non-business hours and holidays.
Local Office. The A/E shall have an established place or places of business in the local area during the term of this Agreement. Local area means eight counties in and surrounding the Houston city limits. The counties are Xxxxxx, Fort Bend, Xxxxxxxxxx, Brazoria, Galveston, Chambers, Waller, and Liberty.
Local Office. The Operator shall maintain one (1) local office in the City which shall be open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with extended evening hours of at least ten (10) hours per week, and shall be fully staffed with customer service representatives offering the following services to customers who come to the office: xxxx payment, equipment exchange, processing of change of service requests, and response to customer inquiries and requests. More stringent hours and days of operation may be imposed by the City.
Local Office. Throughout the Agreement term, the Grantee must maintain, at a minimum, one (1) customer service center conveniently located in the City of Vancouver/Xxxxx County Franchise Area which will be open during normal business hours, as defined by the FCC, to provide Subscribers the opportunity for the receipt and pickup of Subscriber equipment and for bill payments and complaints. Grantee shall install telephones and other equipment so that customer complaints and service requests can be received by Grantee on a 24-hour basis at a toll-free telephone number. Grantee shall have the option to substitute the service center requirement by providing for pick up or drop off of equipment free of charge in any one of the following manners:

Local Office. Contractor shall maintain an office within forty (40) street miles of City Hall. Contractor shall ensure the local office may be contacted by telephone without charge. Such office shall be equipped with sufficient telephones and shall have a responsible person in charge between the hours of 8:00 AM, Eastern Time and the later of 5:00 PM, Eastern Time or completion of Collection from Residential Service Units, Monday through Friday. For after office hours, the local office must have a voicemail system. Voicemails from Customers shall be returned on the next Business Day.
Local Office. Rainier shall have established a local office in the City of Tacoma and posted the address on its website as required by Exhibit I to the IRU Agreement
Local Office. 1. The Contractor may, at its discretion, open a local office in Little Rock within 90 days of the contract’s effective date in accordance with the requirements set forth in RFP #000-00-0000. This is a relaxation of the RFP requirement regarding the Contractor’s local office and the Contractor’s proposal to open said office within 90 days of the contract’s effective date. The State may require the Contractor to open the office at a later date, provided the State gives Contractor at least 60 days’ written notice. In the event that the State provides notice within the first 30 days after the contract’s effective date that it requires a local office, Contractor will not be required to open the local office until 90 days after the contract’s effective date (i.e. in no event shall the local office be required any sooner than 90 days after the contract’s effective date). The State also relaxes the requirements in the RFP related to Contractor being on-site in Little Rock, Arkansas (either at its local office or the State’s offices.) Instead, the State reserves the right to request, with one (1) week’s written notice, that any member of the Contractor’s team, who is otherwise required to be in Little Rock by the RFP, be present on-site in Little Rock.”
