Civil Maintenance Program. (a) The Operator shall prepare and submit for approval by the City, one (1) month prior to the Effective Date, the Civil Maintenance Program. Commencing on the Effective Date, the Operator shall conduct all Corrective Maintenance and Preventative Maintenance on the Civil, Structural and Site-Related Assets in accordance with the Civil Maintenance Program. Subject to the provisions of Article 5.4, the Operator shall be responsible for the cost of all Corrective Maintenance and Preventative Maintenance.

  • Maintenance Programme 17.4.1 On or before COD and no later than 45 (forty five) days prior to the beginning of each Accounting Year during the Operation Period, as the case may be, the Concessionaire shall provide to the Authority and the Independent Engineer, its proposed annual programme of preventive, urgent and other scheduled maintenance (the “Maintenance Programme”) to comply with the Maintenance Requirements, Maintenance Manual and Safety Requirements. Such Maintenance Programme shall include:

  • Emergency Maintenance LightEdge reserves the right to perform emergency Service maintenance as needed outside the Scheduled Maintenance window, in which case LightEdge will make a reasonable effort to notify the Customer if feasible under the circumstances.
