Claims and Disputes. A. Claims by the CONTRACTOR must be made in writing to the COUNTY within two (2) business days, unless another provision of this Agreement sets forth a different time frame, after the commencement of the event giving rise to such claim or the CONTRACTOR will be deemed to have waived the claim.
