Claims for Back Wages. All claims for back wages shall be limited to the amount of wages that the employee otherwise would have earned less any unemployment compensation or compensation from normal services that he may or could have received from any source during the period on which the back pay was provided. Any back pay awarded pursuant to a grievance settlement shall be paid in the next pay period following the settlement.
