Claims for Legislative Relief. The Employer shall make known to all Employees of their right to seek legislative relief under Act 185, Session Laws of Hawaii 1970, Section 16, for damages caused by patients, clients, or inmates to personal automobiles, when such automobiles are in designated Employee parking areas or being utilized on official business for the Employer.
