Claims Lag Report. The MCO must submit a Claims Lag Report on a quarterly basis, by the last day of the month following the reporting period. The report must disclose the amount of incurred claims each month and the amount paid each month, on a contract-to-date basis. The report must be submitted in accordance with Uniform Managed Care Manual Chapter 5.6.2.
