Clarification of Bid (from the Bidders. 18.1 Bidders may request clarifications on any of the ITB documents no later than the date indicated in the BDS. Any request for clarification must be sent in writing in the manner indicated in the BDS. If inquiries are sent other than specified channel, even if they are sent to a UNDP staff member, UNDP shall have no obligation to respond or confirm that the query was officially received. 18.2 UNDP will provide the responses to clarifications through the method specified in the BDS. 18.3 UNDP shall endeavour to provide responses to clarifications in an expeditious manner, but any delay in such response shall not cause an obligation on the part of UNDP to extend the submission date of the Bids, unless UNDP deems that such an extension is justified and necessary.

  • Clarification of Bids 23.1 During evaluation of the bids, the Purchaser may, at its discretion, ask the Bidder for a clarification of its bid. The request for clarification and the response shall be in writing, and no change in the prices or substance of the bid shall be sought, offered, or permitted.

  • Clarification of Bidding Documents 10.1 The prospective bidder requiring any clarification of the bidding documents may notify the Employer in writing or by cable (hereinafter the term cable is deemed to include telex, email and facsimile) at the Employer’s mailing address indicated in the Bidding Data. 10.2 The Employer will respond in writing to any request for clarification that he receives earlier than five (5) days prior to the deadline for the submission of bids. Within 10 days of the release of the report, either of the disputing Parties may submit a written request to the Panel, a copy of which shall be sent to the other Party, for clarification of any items the Party considers requires further explanation or definition. 2.   • Clarification of Tenders 26.1 To assist in the examination, evaluation, comparison of the Tenders, and qualification of the Tenderers, the Procuring Entity may, at its discretion, ask any Tenderer for a clarification of its Tender. Any clarification submitted by a Tenderer in respect to its Tender and that is not in response to a request by the Procuring Entity shall not be considered. The Procuring Entity's request for clarification and the response shall be in writing. No change, including any voluntary increase or decrease, in the prices or substance of the Tender shall be sought, offered, or permitted except to confirm the correction of arithmetic errors discovered by the Procuring Entity in the Evaluation of the Tenders, in accordance with ITT 30. If a Tenderer does not provide clarifications of its Tender by the date and time set in the Procuring Entity's request for clarification, its Tender may be rejected.

  • Verification of the Registration of E - Bidders 6.1. Registration shall subject to verification and approval of the Auctioneer’s website and subject further to bank’s clearance of deposit payment. Please take note that approval from the Auctioneer’s administrator may take at least 1 working day and any improper, incomplete registration or late registration may be rejected at the sole discretion of the Auctioneer. Neither the Auctioneer nor its website nor its agents and/or representative bears any responsibility or assumes any liability in the event that the registration of a prospective E-Bidders is rejected and/or delayed for any reason whatsoever. Registered E-Bidders hold the utmost responsibility in the privacy and confidentiality of the given user ID and password. In the event of given user ID and password disclosed to any other person at any time intentionally or unintentionally, the registered E-bidders must notify immediately to the Auctioneer.

  • Instructions to Bidders The stipulated bid security amount shall be a minimum of $12,000.00. Upon award, the successful Contractor shall replace the Bid Security with the Performance Security. A mandatory preconstruction meeting between the successful Contractor and the Department shall be held in advance of construction startup, location to be determined.
