Co-operation Each Party acknowledges that this ESA must be approved by the Department and agree that they shall use Commercially Reasonable efforts to cooperate in seeking to secure such approval.
Wireless Operator Data In addition to Section 20 (Information Authorization) of the General Terms, you acknowledge that we or Zelle® may use information on file with your wireless operator to further verify your identity and to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized use of the Service. By using the Zelle® Payment Service, you authorize your wireless operator (AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Verizon, or any other branded wireless operator) to disclose your mobile number, name, address, email, network status, customer type, customer role, billing type, mobile device identifiers (IMSI and IMEI) and other subscriber status and device details, if available, to us or our Service Providers solely to allow verification of your identity and to compare information you have provided to us or to Zelle® with your wireless operator account profile information for the duration of our business relationship. Operator The Optionee shall be the operator for purposes of developing and executing exploration programs.
Emergency Mode Operation Plan Contractor must establish a documented plan to enable continuation of critical business processes and protection of the security of electronic County PHI or PI in the event of an emergency. Emergency means any circumstance or situation that causes normal computer operations to become unavailable for use in performing the work required under this Agreement for more than twenty-four (24) hours.
Management Grievance The Employer may initiate a grievance at Step 3 of the grievance procedure by the Employer or designate presenting the grievance to the President of the Union or designate. Time limits and process are identical to a union grievance.
