Class Size Exception. 1. Compensation for classrooms and Students over the class size limits: Secondary – Teachers whose instructional classes, with the exception of physical education, chorus and band, exceed contractual limits of twenty-eight (28) students shall be compensated at the rate of two dollars and twenty-five cents ($2.25) per day, per class, per student. Elementary – Teachers would be compensated at the rate of twenty dollars and twenty-nine cents ($20.29) for the entire day depending on the time the teacher actually spends with the student(s). This would be divided amongst the regular and Special Subject Teachers, (formerly called Itinerants), of the twenty-sixth (26th) student. Inclusion through mainstreaming of special needs students in a class to bring the total number of students above 25 will be calculated for the actual class period or time the twenty- sixth (26th) student is placed in the class.

  • Class Size The School shall be in compliance with Florida Constitutional Class Size Requirements, as applicable to charter schools.

  • Class Sizes In the annual assignment of duties, the designated supervisor shall consult with the department in determining appropriate class sizes for individual courses. In making such a determination, the designated supervisor shall consider operational requirements, sound pedagogical principles, and the workload implication of teaching such courses (also see Letter of Understanding #3).

  • Increases in Class Principal Balances of the Notes On each Payment Date on or prior to the Termination Date, the Class Principal Balance of each Class of Original Notes will be increased (in each case without regard to any exchanges of Class M Notes for MAC Notes) by the amount of the increase, if any, in the Class Notional Amount of the Corresponding Class of Reference Tranche due to the allocation of Tranche Write-up Amounts to such Class of Reference Tranche on such Payment Date pursuant to Section 3.03(c) above. If on the Maturity Date or any Payment Date a Class of MAC Notes is outstanding, all Tranche Write-up Amounts that are allocable to Class M Notes that were exchanged for such MAC Notes will be allocated to increase the Class Principal Balances or Notional Principal Amounts, as applicable, of such MAC Notes in accordance with the exchange proportions applicable to the related Combination.

  • Agreement Exceptions/Deviations Explanation If the proposing Vendor desires to deviate form the Vendor Agreement language, all such deviations must be listed on this attribute, with complete and detailed conditions and information included.   • Title Passage All right, title, and interest in and to any Included Timber shall remain in Forest Ser- vice until it has been cut, Scaled, removed from Sale Area or other authorized cutting area, and paid for, at which time title shall vest in Purchaser. For purposes of this Subsection, timber cut under cash deposit or pay- ment guarantee under B4.3 shall be considered to have been paid for. Title to any Included Timber that has been cut, Scaled, and paid for, but not removed from Sale Area or other authorized cutting area by Purchaser on or prior to Termination Date, shall remain in Forest Service.

  • ADDITIONAL SPECIAL CONTRACT CONDITIONS A. Special Contract Conditions revisions: the corresponding subsections of the Special Contract Conditions referenced below are replaced in their entirety with the following:

If on the Maturity Date or any Payment Date a Class of MAC Notes is outstanding, all Tranche Write-down Amounts that are allocable to Exchangeable Notes that were exchanged for such MAC Notes will be allocated to reduce the Class Principal Balances or Notional Principal Amounts, as applicable, of such MAC Notes in accordance with the exchange proportions applicable to the related Combination.
