Classification Upgrade / Policy. (a) An apprentice in the apprenticeship program will seek the Company's approval for a leave of absence for schooling through his immediate supervisor with prior arrangement to be made at least ninety (90) calendar days in advance. (b) There will be no apprentice schooling during the months of July and August. (c) There will be no more than two (2) Apprentices at a time away from the Mill (one (1) each from Mechanical and Electrical) unless otherwise approved by the Company.
