The procedure set forth below will govern the conduct of the hearing which will be granted at the request of a permanent classified employee who has received a Notice of Proposed Disciplinary Action as set forth in 29.2.1 or written notice of discipline as set forth in 29.3.1 above. Where this procedure is silent, or good cause is shown, the person(s) conducting the hearing may apply other rules of adjudication.
