Clean Upholstered Furniture. Contractor shall vacuum and spot clean upholstered furniture so that after cleaning all dust, lint, dirt, debris, stains, gum and all foreign substances are removed. Contractor shall spot clean with a product specifically designed for upholstered furniture.
