REGISTRATION OF EMPLOYERS. (1) Every employer on whom this part of the Agreement is binding and who has not already done so in terms of a previous agreement shall within seven days of the date on which this part of the Agreement becomes binding on him furnish to the Regional Secretary of the Regional Chamber the particulars set out in the form and manner specified by the Regional Chamber. (2) In the event of any change in the name under which or the address or addresses at which business is carried on, or among the partners, or if the employer is a company, in the name of its secretary or among its directors or managers or, if the employer is a close corporation, among its members, or in the event of the sequestration of the employer's estate or, if the employer is a company or close corporation, of the winding up of the company or close corporation, or in the event of the transfer or abandonment of the business carried on, or the acquisition or commencement of any other business carried on, or the acquisition or commencement of any other business which is subject to this part of the Agreement, every employer shall furnish to the Regional Secretary of the Regional Chamber within seven days notice of the change, sequestration, winding up, transfer, abandonment, acquisition or commencement by means of a written statement setting forth full particulars of the change, sequestration, winding up, transfer, abandonment, acquisition or commencement, as the case may be.
REGISTRATION OF EMPLOYERS. (1) Every employer engaged in the Industry and to whom this part of the Agreement applies, shall ensure that he is registered with the Council within one month from the date of commencement of operations. (2) Where an employer is not yet registered under a previous Agreement, he shall do so within one month after this part of the Agreement comes into operation, or after he becomes engaged as an employer in the Industry. (3) The employer shall notify the Secretary of the Council, in writing, of the address of the premises, the names of the partners of the concern, or if a limited liability company, the names of the Secretary and directors. (4) The Secretary of the Council shall issue a signed registration certificate.
REGISTRATION OF EMPLOYERS. (1) Every employer who has not already done so in pursuance of a previous agreement at the date of coming into operation of this part of the Agreement and every employer who enters the Industry after that date shall within seven days of such date or on the date on which such employer commenced operations, as the case may be, either electronically as provided on the Council’s website, or forward to the General Secretary of the Council, P.O. Box 1142, Woodstock, 7915 or to the Regional Secretary of the Regional Chamber or Sub-Chamber in whose area of responsibility the employer's business falls, by registered post, the following particulars which shall be in writing and signed by the employer or a person duly authorised to sign on behalf of the employer: (a) The trading name, business address and registered address of the establishment; (b) the full names and residential addresses of all partners and/or directors and/or members; (c) the full name and residential address of the responsible manager; (d) the section or sections of the Industry in which the establishment is engaged; (e) date of commencing operations. (f) the company’s or corporation’s registration number; (g) the company’s or corporation’s or partnership’s registration number with the South African Revenue Services (SARS); (h) the company’s or corporation’s or partnership’s registration number with the Unemployment Insurance Fund (UIF); (i) a copy of the registration or incorporation certificate of the company or corporation, as the case may be. (2) Written notification shall be sent by registered post to the Council by every employer of any alteration in respect of any details supplied in terms of sub-clauses (1) (a) to (e) of this clause, and such notification shall be given within 7 days of such alteration.
REGISTRATION OF EMPLOYERS. 6.1 Every employer shall within one month from the date on which this Agreement comes into operation, if he has not already done so pursuant to any previous agreement, and every employer entering the Industry after that date shall within one month of commencement of operations by him, forward to the General Secretary of the Council a completed registration form in the form specified by the Council from time to time and a registration fee as prescribed in Schedule 1 of this Agreement. 6.2 Whenever there is any change in the details submitted in terms of clause 6.1, the employer shall resubmit a completed registration form, as specified, to the Council within 14 days of such change. 6.3 An employer who intends to cease being an employer shall notify the Council, in writing, at least 14 days prior to the date on which he intends such cessation. 6.4 Any employer in the Industry shall, when required to do so by the Council, within seven days of that request, lodge with the Council a cash amount or guarantee acceptable to the Council, to cover the payment in respect of his employees as follows: 6.4.1 One week’s wages;

REGISTRATION OF EMPLOYERSThe provisions of the Main Agreement dealing with the registration of employers in the Industry shall be applicable to this Agreement.
REGISTRATION OF EMPLOYERS. (1) Every employer engaged in the Footwear Section and to whom this Agreement applies and every person working in an Informal Sector establishment, shall register with the Council.
REGISTRATION OF EMPLOYERS. All employers, successor employers, contractors, and subcontractors (“employers”) must comply with the requirements of the Property Service Workers Protection Act (Labor Code Section 1420-1434), pertaining to registration of employers. Bids cannot be accepted from unregistered employers. This project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations. Bidder shall furnish proof of current and valid registration pursuant to Labor Code Section 1425.
