Client Access to Personal Information. Policy: Clients have the right to inspect and to have a copy of their personal information which is stored in the HMIS system. Clients also have the right to request that information be corrected and/or updated. Procedure: A. Each participating agency/jurisdiction will, within five (5) workings days of request, allow the client to review their HMIS record. B. At the reasonable written request of a client, each participating agency/jurisdiction will, within 5 working days, provide a printed “hard” copy of the client’s HMIS record. C. The agency/jurisdiction must offer to explain any information that the client does not understand. D. Each participating agency/jurisdiction must consider any request by a client for correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal information pertaining to that client. E. An agency/jurisdiction is not required to remove any information but may mark information as client-identified as inaccurate or incomplete and may supplement data fields with additional information and/or explanations. F. Each participating agency/jurisdiction must have in its Privacy Notice the specific conditions under which it may deny the inspection of or copying of a client’s record (upon that client’s request) in HMIS.

  • Access to Personal Information by Subcontractors Supplier agrees to require any subcontractors or agents to which it discloses Personal Information under this Agreement or under any SOW to provide reasonable assurance, evidenced by written contract, that they will comply with the same or substantially similar confidentiality, privacy and security obligations with respect to such Personal Information as apply to Supplier under this Agreement or any SOW. Supplier shall confirm in writing to DXC that such contract is in place as a condition to DXC’s approval of use of a subcontractor in connection with any SOW. Upon request of DXC, Supplier will provide to DXC a copy of the subcontract or an extract of the relevant clauses. Supplier shall ensure that any failure on the part of any subcontractor or agent to comply with the Supplier obligations under this Agreement or any SOW shall be grounds to promptly terminate such subcontractor or agent. If during the term of this Agreement or any SOW, DXC determines, in its exclusive discretion, that any Supplier subcontractor or agent cannot comply with the Supplier obligations under this Agreement or with any SOW, then DXC may terminate this Agreement in whole or in part (with respect to any SOW for which such subcontractor or agent is providing services), if not cured by Supplier within the time prescribed in the notice of such deficiency.

IDT Financial Services Limited is the data controllers of Your personal data, and will manage and protect Your personal data in accordance with applicable law.IDT Financial Services Limited receives card services from First Data Slovakia s.r.o., which acts as a data processor for IDT Financial Services Limited. 17.2 We may transfer Your personal data outside the EEA to Our commercial partners where necessary to provide Our services to You, such as customer service, account administration, financial reconciliation, or where the transfer is necessary as a result of Your request, such as the processing of any international transaction. When We transfer personal data outside the EEA, We will take steps to ensure that Your personal data is afforded substantially similar protection as personal data processed within the EEA. Please be aware that not all countries have laws to protect personal data in a manner equivalent to that of the EEA. Your use of Our products and services will indicate to Us that You agree to the transfer of Your personal data outside the EEA. If You withdraw Your consent to the processing of Your personal data or its transfer outside the EEA, which You can do by using the contact details in clause 15, We will not be able to provide Our services to You.   • Personal Information 23.1 Subject to any applicable laws, the Licensee authorises XXXXX to: 23.1.1 use any Personal Information that SAMRO for the purposes of processing, executing and administering the Agreement; calculating Licence Fees; collecting the Licence Fees; 23.1.2 informing the Licensee of any SAMRO news and information or information relating to the Agreement; 23.1.3 informing the Licensee of any amendment, Tariff amendment or General Amendment to this Agreement. 23.1.4 access the Licensees Personal Information from credit bureaux relating to the Licensees payment profile for purposes of financial risk assessment, fraud prevention and debtor tracing and that we may disclose the necessary Personal Information to any such credit bureaux. 23.1.5 obtain, capture store, process, analyse and use the Licensees personal information for SAMRO marketing purposes in relation to XXXXX’s business of managing its Repertoire.

  • Safeguards for Personal Information Supplier agrees to develop, implement, maintain, and use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, as deemed appropriate by DXC, to preserve the security, integrity and confidentiality of, and to prevent intentional or unintentional non-permitted or violating use or disclosure of, and to protect against unauthorized access to or accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, or alteration of, the Personal Information Processed, created for or received from or on behalf of DXC in connection with the Services, functions or transactions to be provided under or contemplated by this Agreement. Such safeguards shall meet all applicable legal standards (including any encryption requirements imposed by law) and shall meet or exceed accepted security standards in the industry, such as ISO 27001/27002. Supplier agrees to document and keep these safeguards current and shall make the documentation available to DXC upon request. Supplier shall ensure that only Supplier’s employees or representatives who may be required to assist Supplier in meeting its obligations under this Agreement shall have access to the Personal Information.

  • Access to Personnel File Each employee shall have reasonable access to his/her personnel file for the purpose of reviewing any evaluations or formal disciplinary notations contained therein, in the presence of the Director of Personnel or designate. An employee has the right to request copies of any evaluations in this file.

  • Access to Personnel Files All employees shall be allowed access to their personnel files during normal working hours for inspection and/or copies of documents which will be provided by the Employer. Such inspection shall be made subject to prior arrangement with the Employer.

  • Access to Personnel Records Upon written request to the Chief of Police, an employee shall have access to the employee's records during normal office hours of the records custodian. Such access to personnel records shall be within a reasonable time of said request. Such request shall not interfere with the employee's regularly scheduled working hours.   • Information Access Each Party (“Disclosing Party”) shall make available to another Party (“Requesting Party”) information that is in the possession of the Disclosing Party and is necessary in order for the Requesting Party to: (i) verify the costs incurred by the Disclosing Party for which the Requesting Party is responsible under this Agreement; and (ii) carry out its obligations and responsibilities under this Agreement.
