Client Assignment. The Client may not assign any of its rights under this Agreement or delegate any performance under this Agreement, except with the prior written consent of MBS.
Client Assignment. The parties agree that Client’s rights with respect to the Work(s) may be freely assigned and licensed, in Client’s absolute and sole discretion, and any such assignment or license will remain binding and inure to the benefit of any such assignee or licensee.
