Client Communications. Each Partnership and the General Partner severally agree to provide to MSSB copies of any communications to limited partners with respect to the operation and performance of the applicable Partnership. Communications that are provided on a regular basis such as monthly account statements, shall be distributed to MSSB when such communications are distributed to MSSB clients. The General Partner shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to distribute to MSSB all communications that require any action by limited partners such as limited partner consent or vote prior to the distribution of such communication to limited partners. Each Partnership and the General Partner agree that MSSB may use such communications in connection with reports issued by MSSB to the applicable limited partners to which such communications were directed. Each Partnership and the General Partner severally agree to respond as soon as practicable to inquiries of MSSB investors as communicated by MSSB and shall endeavor to copy MSSB on all such communications.
Client Communications. Client agrees that non-urgent work requests will be submitted via Consultant's ticket management system, accessible via e-mail at xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx or online at xxxxx://xxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxxx.
Client Communications. 13.1 In the absence of the Representative’s material contravention of this Agreement or the Applicable Laws, the Licensee will not directly communicate with the Representative's clients without the Representative’s consent.

Client recognizes that the value and usefulness of the services provided by AMA will be dependent upon information provided by Client through the App. Client represents and warrants that the financial and other information provided to AMA is true, correct, and complete to the best of Client’s knowledge. Client authorizes AMA to rely solely on the information provided by Client through the App, and agrees that AMA is not required to independently verify any information obtained from Client or Client’s representatives. Client agrees to promptly inform AMA of any changes in Client’s or Beneficiary’s information, including financial condition, investment objectives, contact information, or any other material facts. Client authorizes AMA to provide personal financial information, quarterly reviews and reports, newsletters, disclosure documents, and similar information, and other communications, notices and required disclosures to Client via e-mail and the App.
Client Communications. Company shall, as applicable, provide in bulk to Trust Entity or its authorized representative, at a single address and at no expense to Trust Entity, the following shareholder communications materials prepared for circulation to shareholders of record of a Fund in quantities requested by Trust Entity that are sufficient to allow mailing thereof by Trust Entity or a Client Representative and, to the extent required by applicable law, to all Clients: proxy or information statements, annual reports, semi-annual reports, and all updated prospectuses, supplements and amendments thereof, including to the extent requested, statements of additional information. None of the Funds, Investment Adviser, Company or Distributor shall be responsible for the cost of distributing such materials to Client Representatives or Clients.
Client Communications. From time to time, Baird will deliver to Client certain Account-related communications, which may include Account statements, trade confirmations, performance reports, periodic issuer reports, proxy statements, prospectuses, Brochure Documents, privacy notices, XXX disclosure statements and other regulatory communications, tax documentation, agreements and amendments thereto, newsletters, and certain other information regarding Client’s Accounts that Baird may deliver from time to time (collectively, “Client Communications”). This Section contains the terms and conditions applicable to Client Communications.

We guarantee an answer within one business day to all client messages posted in the helpdesk. If the client communicates via email, we cannot guarantee an answer within 24 hours. Client Communications. All communications by the Subcontractor with the client under this Agreement on matters related to this contract shall be conducted through the IJIS Institute unless authorized by the IJIS Institute Project Manager. Failure to follow this protocol can result in punitive action against the Subcontractor, up to and including termination of the Agreement.
